In-Mall Service

• The Hands-Free service will be available during Marassi Galleria trading hours.
• Mall shall not be held responsible for the loss or damage of any bag or item. This includes items dropped
  or collected for the Hands-Free Service.
• Mall reserves the right not to accept any shopping item. These items may include food, beverages and
  perishable items. In addition, electronics, grocery items, flowers, delicate or breakable objects,
  prescription drugs, money, jewellery, precious metal, watches, and personal belongings.
• Sealing of all shopping bags must take place in the presence of the customer at the dedicated service
  desk.
• The weight of each shopping bag must not exceed 5 kg in weight.
• The size of a customer’s shopping bag(s) must not exceed the size of the Hands-Free Services seal bags.
• According to the Mall’s management policies, uncollected bags and items will be handed over to the Mall
  Security’s Lost & Found and will be disposed of as per the lost and found policy.
• Marassi Galleria aims to deliver the shopping bags within 15 minutes of the customer's request for the
  Hands-Free Service within the Mall premises. Please note that the delivery times may vary.
• Partial delivery of items is not permitted.
• By registering for the Hands-Free service, the customer accepts the above terms and conditions.

Delivery Service

• Marassi Galleria Hands-Free service is available for delivery within Bahrain only.
• Marassi Galleria delivery Service is valid for the same day as well as next day at the following costs:
  o Same day delivery: Free of charge
  o Next day delivery: Free of charge
• Customers must spend a minimum of BD 50 in Marassi Galleria to use the Hands-Free service. Purchases
  made outside MG will not be accepted.
• Customers staying at Address Beach Resort Bahrain or Vida Beach Resort Marassi Al Bahrain will receive a
  complimentary delivery service.
• Customers must provide their full name, address, email ID and contact number to use the delivery service.
  Incomplete information may result in a cancellation or delay. (P.O. Boxes are not accepted).
• The Delivery Service is available 7 days a week, between 10:00am – 10:00pm.
• For same day delivery within Bahrain, customers must drop off the item(s) at any Customer Service desk
  before 2:00pm, for delivery before 10:00pm on the same day. Items dropped off after 2:00pm will be
  scheduled for delivery the following day.
• If the customer is not available to receive the delivery on the first attempt, the items will be returned to
  the Marassi Galleria Management office.
• The maximum cumulative weight for multiple or a single item is 25kgs. The maximum dimensions are:
  L120cm x W90cm x H85cm.
• Marassi Galleria is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during the delivery service.
• Mall reserves the right not to accept any shopping item. These items may include food, beverages and

  prescription drugs, money, jewellery, precious metal, watches, and personal belongings.
